Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building strong client relationships in your local community.

This role emphasizes community engagement, customer service excellence, and working in a front-facing retail environment with a focus on growing the client base and delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with local marketing, outreach, and building a community client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Support growth of TurboTax’s presence in the local community through events and content.
