Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building long-term relationships in the local community.

You will leverage your tax expertise to help clients maximize refunds, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes, while growing Intuit’s client base with local and online initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite at TurboTax retail locations, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Discover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine customer care.
