Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will prepare taxes, offer expert advice, and support software use in person, while building local relationships and growing TurboTax’s community presence through outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, and offer planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help grow local TurboTax presence.
