Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will help customers with in-person tax questions and software support.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide tax preparation assistance, grow your local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• Active tax preparation experience with knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for part‑time hours.
• Able to obtain required state licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
