Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support clients in a friendly, community-focused setting.

As a trusted advisor, you will attract new clients, grow the local TurboTax network, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while representing the Intuit brand in marketing initiatives and local events.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
