Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will work on-site serving in-person customers, delivering accurate tax solutions and building long-term relationships within your community. The role emphasizes local market growth, customer-centric service, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing resources to expand the client base while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s for federal and state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions and guidance using government resources and professional tools.
• Build long-term client relationships and support community engagement.
