Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will assist in-person customers with tax preparation, planning, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes. This non-exempt role requires on-site presence, 20+ hours per week, and active tax credentials.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax compliance."
• Must be willing to work on-site at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Must reside within the United States; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve their financial goals.
