Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and advisory at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will engage with customers, deliver hands-on tax services, and grow the client base in your local community.

The role emphasizes on-site service, customer-centric communication, and building long-term relationships while representing the TurboTax brand in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert per Intuit policies.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for the future.
• Utilize government/official resources and team expertise for accurate, personalized tax solutions.
