Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, advice, and software support while building relationships with local customers and the community.

As a trusted advisor with tax expertise, you’ll grow the client base, participate in local marketing, and deliver a best-in-class experience in a front-facing retail environment. A PTIN and active license are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid prep filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador in the local TurboTax market.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage in local marketing and social presence efforts.
