Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building long-term client relationships in the local community.

The role emphasizes proactive community engagement, local marketing support, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, with a focus on helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal and state).
• Familiarity with tax software and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help grow TurboTax client base in the local community.
