The role combines tax expertise with community engagement to grow the client base and deliver personalized tax solutions. You will work in-person, offering tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building trusted relationships and contributing to Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN registration required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds needed.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
