Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while building long-term client relationships in the local community.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow the customer base, participate in local marketing, and help clients navigate tax challenges using TurboTax tools, all in a friendly, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations; 20+ hours/week.
• Minimum 3 years filing 1040 federal/state returns using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and operate in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver professional, empathetic service and simplify tax concepts for clients.
