Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice, serving as a trusted advisor to customers in the community.

You’ll build relationships, attract new clients, and support TurboTax marketing efforts while delivering exceptional service. You must be an active EA/CPA or attorney, with PTIN and at least 3 years of tax filing experience.

Qualifications

• Active professional license in the U.S. for tax preparation.
• Minimum 3+ years of tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Ability to work onsite in a retail environment across California locations.
• Comfort with building local client relationships and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships in the community.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person at a TurboTax location.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate in community outreach and events.
