Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and growing the client base.

Ideal candidates have active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and a proven track record with tax filings. This role is on-site, part-time to full-time, with strong pay and benefits, and a focus on delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
