Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships in local communities.

Ideal candidates hold an active tax license (EA/CPA/attorney), have strong customer service skills, and are comfortable working in a front-facing retail environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Strong tax knowledge and experience with tax preparation.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Deliver excellent in-person customer service and support.
