Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will grow the local client base, attract new customers, and build long-term relationships with the community while working onsite and wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain relevant State licenses or permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Lead local marketing initiatives and grow the client base with TurboTax support.
• Assist customers in-person using TurboTax products and tools.
