Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for our store in Holmdel, NJ to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products. You will ensure a fast checkout, handle cash, and participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties to maintain an in-stock, well-merchandised store.

The role supports Omni-channel processes and loyalty program enrollments, with opportunities to work nights, weekends, and early mornings in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirement of 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standard.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain merchandise and store recovery; handle returns/go backs.
• Support SISO and AD set duties; assist shrink and safety programs.
