Job summary

Mondelez International is recruiting for a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring snacks like Oreo and Ritz to life in retail stores across Harrisonburg, Elkton, and Luray, VA. You will manage shelves, displays, and inventory while delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.

You will drive daily store visits, place orders via iPad, and collaborate with RTMs to execute promotional plans.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Self-motivated, able to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following Merchandising Excellence standards, including capturing display photos via DMI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
