Mondelez International Inc. in Virginia seeks a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store.

You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock while delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers. The role spans Charlottesville and nearby locations, requiring travel to stores, following RTM plans, and using an iPad and Salesforce to place orders.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to various store locations.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication with store teams and shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for visibility and execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and handle physical tasks as required.
