Mondelēz International in Staunton/Waynesboro, VA seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to drive retail excellence by stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring products like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit are always in stock.

You will visit stores, take display photos via DMI, place product orders on iPad using Salesforce, and implement RTM-promoted plans while collaborating with store personnel to maximize visibility and shelf presence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• Own a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs as part of merchandising tasks.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Staunton, VA; secondary locations Waynesboro/Verona.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Stock shelves and execute displays to ensure product visibility.
• Order product via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and management.
• Capture display photos and report insights to RTM and management.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
