Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and coordinate with store teams to ensure products stay in stock.

Based in Harrisonburg, VA with proximity to Elkton and Luray, you will visit multiple stores daily, follow RTM plans, and participate in seasonal launches while maintaining safety standards and customer

Qualifications

Face of brand in-store, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
Ability to drive in-store execution following merchandising standards and displays.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
