Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in Staunton, Waynesboro, and Verona, VA. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure in-stock conditions while fostering strong retailer relationships.

You’ll drive daily store visits, execute RTM plans, and use your iPad to place orders via Salesforce, collaborating with store teams to maximize visibility and shopper satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license for Virginia.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad and Salesforce to maintain stock.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure planogram compliance.
• Follow daily RTM schedules and prioritize coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights and issues to RTM/management.
• Stay safe and compliant while moving products.
