Job summary

Mondelez International in Troy, OH is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while representing the company with professionalism.

The role requires driving to multiple locations, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working a flexible schedule starting at 7:00 AM. Experience in retail is a plus, with mileage reimbursement and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment; lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Troy, OH; secondary locations include Dayton, Sidney, Piqua, Vandalia, Huber Heights.
• Schedule: open availability weekdays and one weekend day.
• Start Time: 07:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as you are the face of iconic brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; physical nature of the role including lifting and moving products
