Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring popular brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy! and Triscuit to life in stores. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock across assigned locations.

You will visit stores daily, take display photos, and maintain strong relationships with store staff. The role requires physical work, a valid ID, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license/U.S. passport/federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with insurance.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and be the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and comply with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety standards and perform physical tasks like lifting and moving products.
