Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store merchandising for brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!. You will visit stores, stock shelves, capture promotional displays, and ensure products are available and correctly displayed.

You will report store insights to the RTM team and work under a schedule that starts early each weekday. Ideal candidates are at least 18, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance
• Capable of handling physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and repetitive movements

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positive attitude
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and manage in-store displays
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility
• Order products via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions
• Implement promotional displays aligned with RTM plans
• Communicate store insights to RTM and management
• Engage in safe, compliant handling of products
