Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Ritz, and Triscuit to life in stores across Troy, OH and surrounding areas. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are readily available while engaging store personnel and shoppers with professional, friendly service.

The role involves daily store visits, photo captures of displays, order placement via iPad, and adherence to RTM plans.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued in your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the Troy, OH primary location; secondary locations listed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and use DMI to document.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order products via iPad to keep shelves and displays stocked using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure alignment with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety and compliance, handling physical product movement.
