Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring beloved snacks like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores across Albany, OR. You will manage displays, stock shelves, place orders via iPad, and ensure products are in stock and well-presented for shoppers.

The role requires driving, physical activity, and strong customer service with store teams. Compensation is hourly with benefits and growth opportunities within Mondelēz’s retail team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting and moving merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and comply with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities to ensure efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant with the physical nature of the role.
