Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to enhance in-store presence for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stocking shelves, set displays, and ensure products are available where shoppers expect them.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and valid driver license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with insured coverage.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lift up to 25 lbs, occasional 50+ lbs, bend and carry.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store professionalism and act as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following merchandising standards and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement and ensure compliance with RTM-promoted displays and plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities to cover retail locations efficiently.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
