Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will stock shelves, execute displays, place orders via iPad, and work with store teams to keep products visible and in stock.

The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs, driving to multiple stores, starting at 6am, Sunday through Thursday, and following RTM plans to support promotions and seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with insured coverage.
• Able to perform physical activities: lift up to 25 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Winter Garden, FL; Windermere, FL secondary locations.
• Schedule Sunday–Thursday; start time 6am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Place product orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks as required.
