Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in-store, stock shelves, and build displays. You will ensure products are in stock, deliver strong customer service, and drive visibility of our brands.

You will visit stores, capture display photos via DMI, place orders on an iPad using Salesforce, and collaborate with store personnel to execute promotional plans.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment with lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of primary location: Cumming, GA; secondary locations: Suwanee, GA | Johns Creek, GA.
• Schedule availability: Sunday | Monday | Tuesday | Thursday | Friday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and comply with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving products.
