Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic snacks to life in-store. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and maintain in-stock conditions using an iPad and Salesforce.

You’ll develop strong retailer relationships and execute promotional plans across assigned stores. This role requires physical activity, valid ID, and the ability to travel within the local area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access a military base.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle
