Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic brands to life in stores. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and place orders to keep products on-shelves and on-promotion.

You’ll build relationships with store teams, capture in-store photos, and follow RTM plans. This role emphasizes physical activity, independent work, and reliable schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Cumming, GA; secondary locations listed.
• Schedule availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos using DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain stock levels and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and adhere to RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant with physical requirements of the role.
