Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID, passport, or federal ID to access facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Driver’s license with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lifting, bending, stocking.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Norfolk, VA; secondary location Portsmouth, VA.
• Schedule includes Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to keep shelves and displays in stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle physical tasks involved in moving products.
