Job summary

Mondelēz International in Amelia, OH is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, place orders via iPad, and maintain in-stock conditions while building strong relationships with store teams.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, independence, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently.
• Drive own vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Hard work in a fast-paced environment; lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions (shelf/display) using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; lift/move products as needed.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Amelia, OH; support secondary locations.
