Job summary

Mondelēz International in Burlington, NC is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in stores. You’ll stock shelves, manage displays, and place orders via iPad while collaborating with store teams to keep products in stock and highly visible.

You’ll make daily store visits, capture photos, follow RTM plans, and share insights with the merchandising team. A high school diploma and driver’s license are required; benefits include 401(k), paid time off,

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently.
Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with insurance.
Physically capable of lifting and moving products up to 25 lbs, with occasional 50+ lbs.
Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and be the face of the biscuit aisle.
Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow DMI merchandising protocols.
Build strong relationships with store personnel to support display visibility.
Order product via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays according to RTM plans and schedules.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and management team.
Stay safe and compliant while handling products through a busy retail environment.
