Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, place orders via iPad, and ensure products are in stock while following Mondelēz merchandising guidelines.

You will build relationships with store personnel, support promotions, and travel to assigned locations, including Anderson, OH and Muncie areas. This role requires physical work and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license for the residence state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Access to personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced retail setting and lift up to 25 lbs regularly, more up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive image.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Conduct daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow DMI guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Place orders via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
