Job summary

Mondelēz International in Dekalb, IL is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are front and center and in stock.

You will order product via iPad using Salesforce, capture display photos, support seasonal launches, and participate in an incentive bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with insurance and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and customer service.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving products up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
