Job summary

Mondelēz International in Galena, IL is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain in-stock conditions while building relationships with store teams and shoppers.

Responsibilities include daily store visits, ordering via iPad and Salesforce, and implementing promotions. This role requires a driver’s license, 18+ years old, and availability Sunday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Live within 25–35 miles from Galena, IL (primary) or Freeport, IL (secondary).
• Schedule availability: Sunday–Thursday; Start Time 06:00 AM–08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to capture displays and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and managers.
• Order product via iPad and Salesforce to maintain shelf/display stock.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
