Job summary

Mondelēz International in Michigan seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and manage orders to keep shelves in stock and merchandised for maximum shopper impact.

You will visit stores, build relationships with store personnel, and use iPad and Salesforce to order products and maintain availability across brand lines like Oreo, Ritz, and Triscuit.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI merchandising standards; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Ensure safety, lifting, bending, and moving products as required.
