Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock for shoppers.

You will drive merchandising excellence, handle product orders via iPad using Salesforce, and support seasonal launches while staying safe and compliant in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move product through a snack-powered hustle.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Millington, TN; secondary locations include Covington, Atoka, Arlington, TN.
• Schedule availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and physical requirements of the role.
