Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic brands to life in-store. You’ll stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure products are in stock while building strong store relationships.

Expect daily store visits, use of iPad and Salesforce for orders, and collaboration with RTMs to execute promotional plans. This role requires physical activity and reliable transportation in the Kennesaw area.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move heavier items as needed.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Kennesaw, GA; secondary locations Acworth, Dallas, GA.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to capture displays and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad and maintain shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility events.
• Share store-level insights with RTM and management.
• Move and handle products safely as required.
