Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock, building relationships with store teams and shoppers along the way.

You will follow DSD Merchandising Excellence, capture display photos, and use Salesforce to place orders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily following merchandising standards and capture display photos.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
