Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll manage displays, stock shelves, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce, while building strong relationships with store personnel.

You will follow RTM plans, execute promotions, and support seasonal launches, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Willingness to perform physical activities like lifting, bending, and moving up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity, as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
