Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to reinforce in-store execution of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will visit stores, stock shelves, build displays, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, relationship building with store personnel, adherence to RTM plans, and participation in seasonal launches with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Own a personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment; physical activity incl. lifting, bending, and moving up to 25 lbs; occasional 50+ lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the Clarion, PA location; secondary Brookville, PA.
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Start time 6:00am–8:00am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure compliance.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Work safely, lifting and moving product as required.
