Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store execution of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit across U.S. retailers.

You will manage shelving, displays, and stock, while building strong relationships with store staff and drivers to ensure products are in-stock and visible. You will follow DSD Merchandising Excellence standards, use Salesforce on an iPad for orders, and participate in seasonal launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with valid REAL ID driver’s license/U.S. passport/federal ID to access a military base facility
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed
• Physically capable of lifting portions up to 25 lbs, sometimes 50 lbs
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence (DSI) and capture display photos
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance
• Follow RTM priorities for efficient coverage with the retail team
• Support seasonal sales, product launches, and merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management
• Maintain safety and comply with physical aspects of the role
