Job summary

Mondelez International is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer in Medford, MA. You’ll bring iconic snacks to life in-store, build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and execute displays to ensure products are always in stock and prominently showcased.

You’ll operate with professionalism, use iPad-based ordering and Salesforce, and follow RTM-led schedules while supporting seasonal launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; or ability to earn while gaining skills.
• 1-3 years retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
