Job summary

Tonal is seeking a Showroom Sales Supervisor for our Old Orchard store in the Chicago area. You will lead client-focused in-store experiences, drive sales, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll report to the Showroom Leader and help plan events while utilizing Salesforce to manage client data and outreach. Ideal candidates have proven sales success, strong communication, and an ability to network within the local market.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in sales with a history of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Familiarity with the local market and networking ability.
• Professional, enthusiastic and client-focused.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Tonal’s product, technology and brand.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Coach and educate the team to deliver exceptional in-store client service.
• Support recruiting, training and event planning initiatives.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage client information and drive sales.
• Conduct phone/email outreach to update clients on offers and follow-ups.
