Tonal is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead one of our Partnership Locations in Scottsdale. You will drive sales and oversee the Tonal Experience, coordinating with the Regional Manager to deliver a premier customer journey.

You will manage the store, build strong customer relationships, deliver personalized demos, and ensure smooth operations from opening to closing. The role rewards initiative, customer focus, and passion for fitness technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in retail, fitness, service or hospitality.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and basic CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Tonal’s product and brand image.
• Lead and support all activities to meet the location’s business goals.
• Provide personalized demos and assess customers’ fitness needs.
• Drive sales through relationship building and in-store service.
• Manage store operations including scheduling and merchandising.
• Open and close procedures and inventory handling.
