Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is looking for an In-Store Shopping Clerk to fulfill online orders and deliver excellent customer service. You will use the Instacart Shopper App in-store, assist customers with substitutions, and process POS transactions while helping keep the store clean and well-stocked.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, teamwork, and the ability to stand and move throughout the shift, with a focus on healthy living and fresh product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• can-do attitude and positive customer interactions.
• strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator and scanner.
• ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
• able to maneuver a cart with weight and walk long distances during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customer online orders in-store using Instacart Shopper App.
• provide excellent customer service focusing on product quality and freshness, substituting out-of-stock items as needed.
• communicate changes to orders effectively.
• process transactions using in-store POS system.
• act as online ambassador, answering questions about delivery, Instacart platform, and service benefits.
• assist in stocking shelves, filling bins, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
