Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an In-Store Shopping Clerk to fulfill online orders and assist customers in-store. You will use the Instacart Shopper App on a mobile device to shop, communicate with customers about changes, and process POS transactions.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, product quality, and teamwork. You may also help stock shelves and maintain store appearance while supporting a fast-paced shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with ability to interact positively with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Physical ability: standing, walking, bending throughout the workday.
• Able to maneuver a 20 lb cart up to 35 lb force for up to 2 hours and 20 ft.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customer online orders in-store using Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service by focusing on product quality and freshness.
• Communicate order changes to customers as needed.
• Process transactions at the in-store POS system.
• Act as online ambassador answering questions about delivery and Instacart.
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
